Thank you for choosing SOK Battery. To ensure the secure and timely receipt of your lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery products, please carefully review the following policy, which governs all orders placed through our U.S. e-commerce platform.
I. Order Fulfillment & Carrier Responsibility
All orders are processed and shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. While SOK Battery exercises due diligence in order preparation and carrier handoff, final delivery performance—including package routing, handling, and delivery execution—rests with FedEx as the contracted logistics provider.
II. Reported Incidents of Package Loss or Misdelivery
We have received a limited number of post-delivery reports indicating packages were not received at the intended destination. Verified root causes include:
1. Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout;
2. Accurate shipping address, but misdelivery by FedEx personnel to an adjacent or incorrect location;
3. Unresolved loss or misplacement within FedEx’s warehouse network.
To mitigate such risks, we strongly recommend selecting “Hold for Pickup at FedEx Location” as your shipping option. This directs your shipment to a designated FedEx Office or authorized retail location near you, where you may collect it in person after arrival. This method significantly enhances traceability, reduces third-party handling, and minimizes exposure to residential misdelivery.
⚠️ Important: Not all FedEx locations accept lithium-ion or lithium-iron-phosphate batteries due to IATA/49 CFR transportation regulations. Please contact your preferred FedEx location directly *prior to placing your order* to confirm acceptance capability and operating hours.
III. Available Shipping Options
• Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary FedEx Ground service (estimated transit: 3–10 business days within the contiguous U.S.). Tracking information is automatically emailed upon carrier pickup.
• In-Store Pickup: Available for all orders at our Irvine, CA fulfillment center. Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Appointment required—please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup and verify order readiness.
• Third-Party Fulfillment: Certain items may be fulfilled directly by authorized SOK distribution partners. In such cases, shipping terms and timelines will be communicated separately upon order confirmation.
IV. International Shipments
At this time, SOK Battery does not offer international shipping services. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address.
V. Delivery Delays & Proactive Communication
Should unforeseen circumstances—including carrier delays, weather events, customs clearance (for cross-border exceptions), or inventory constraints—affect your estimated delivery date, we will proactively notify you via email with an updated timeline and supporting explanation.
