    Excellent services after one of our BMS was broken

    During the winter 1 of our 4 accu's was no longer charging. BMS was "up and running" but no charge even with all the tricks you van find on the internet. a message to the SOK Whatsup account and some tests including screen prints, the Conclusion was a possible issue with the BMS and the SOK support team provided me with a new BMS that I received the next week (Chine->HongKong->Netherlands). After instal it all works again and many thanks to the great support from the SOK team!!! Gr Kees V.

    new BMS

    Had battery not charging - sent info and photos of what was happening and pics or each cells health and that no voltage coming out of BMS but was going in ( in a nutshell)

    Was told BMS bad and warranty would cover new one - Since I was fixing one battery on my own ordered another new BMS so to have Bluetooth on both.

    Short story fixed the one and now I can see health of both - win win for me.

    Ordered new one and it fixed my problem. Battery is charging like it did when it was brand new.

    Fantastic!

    Everything arrived on time! The new batteries are perfect and the replacement BMS boards solved our issues! We are about to start a 4000 mile journey on our sailboat and will keep you updated!

    My battery is performing as expected, even after having to make an alteration to the power wire since the new BMS was not capable to connect with the shorter red power wire..
